This 55 year-old woman had bilateral silicone gel breast implants in the past and developed capsular contractures. She underwent removal of the capsules, removal of the silicone implants, placement of saline-filled implants, and bilateral chicumareolar mastopexy. The right implant is 375 cc and the left implant is 250 cc.
