This 22 year-old woman with significant breast asymmetry underwent an initial procedure for tissue expansion of the left breast. Four months later she had a left breast augmentation with a 350 cc implant and a right breast circumareolar mastopexy and augmentation with a 200 cc implant.

This 17 year-old woman had significant underdevelopment of the right breast and drooping (ptosis) of the left breast. She underwent tissue expansion of the right breast followed four months later by placement of a 450 cc implant beneath the right breast and left breast circumareolar mastopexy.
