This 36 year-old presented with a tuberous, constricted breast shape. In this instance, it was important to release the breast glandular tissues during surgery in order for the breast tissue to distribute more evenly over the implant. This procedure is known as parenchyma release. She had a 300 cc implant on the right and a 290 cc implant on the left placed subpectorally.
