• Take Exit 5E.(This is Route 111East.) Route 111 becomes Kinsley Street.
• St. Joseph Hospital is located approximately 1 mile on the right.
• Turn right at the 2 nd hospital entrance.
• (168 Kinsley Street is located on your right and is noted on the side of the building. Note the catwalk overhead.)
• Proceed toward the parking garage. Take the garage elevator to the 2 nd floor.
• Cross the catwalk that connects the garage to 168 Kinsley St., Medical Arts West . At the other side of the catwalk is an elevator (to your right.)
• Take the elevator to Suite LL. This office is shared with Dr. Michael Remar.
