the right and a 320 cc implant on the left placed subpectorally
through inframammary incisions.

instance, it was important to release the breast glandular tissues
during surgery in order for the breast tissue to distribute more
evenly over the implant. This procedure is known as parenchyma
release. She had a 300 cc implant on the right and a 290 cc implant
on the left placed subpectorally through periareolar incisions.
This 33 year-old woman presented with a tuberous,
constricted breast shape. She underwent placement of 350 cc subpectoral
implants along with parenchyma release in order to allow the
breast tissue to distribute more evenly over the implants. The
incisions were inframammary.
